We are seeking an experienced Children's Nurse to join our team in the Children's Assessment Unit/Emergency Department at Colchester Hospital. As a key member of our nursing team, you will provide high-quality, child-centered care to patients and their families.
Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Children's Nurse, you will:
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to children and their families.
- Advocate for children's rights and promote family-centered care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and healthcare staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
