**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Assistant to join our team at Claimont Health LTD. As a Nursing Assistant - Complex Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to clients with complex health needs in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care to clients with complex health needs, including those with spinal injuries and other chronic conditions.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medications and perform other medical tasks as required.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the Complex Care Lead Nurse.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • 1 year or more experience as a Healthcare Assistant with complex care experience.
  • NVQ Level 3 related subjects.
  • NVQ Level 4 related subjects.
  • Nursery nurse qualifications or similar.
  • Diploma in relevant health/social subject.
  • Commitment to delivering client-specific care.
  • Adaptable and professional approach to support client and family members.
