About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planner and Works Co-ordinator to join our Property Services Team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating property-related major works within Section 20 legislation, as well as supporting asset management administration across our portfolio of retirement developments in the UK.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify key project stages and coordinate programmes of works, adopting sound project management principles.
  • Procure and manage professional relationships with external works contractors and suppliers.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including Homeowners, RTM Directors, Landlords, and internal teams.
  • Act as a key point of contact between departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Ensure sound financial management of projects, prioritizing programmes of works to optimize funds.
  • Highlight risks and resolve conflicts to ensure successful project completion.
  • Produce written reports detailing progress, informing CEM board reports.
  • Administer and coordinate Permissions / Alterations requests, working with in-house Building Surveyors as needed.
  • Attend project meetings to update stakeholders on progress and escalate risks.
About You

We are looking for a self-assured, organized, and methodical individual with a good understanding of Section 20 legislation and experience in property-related remedial works and projects.

You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations at all levels, including Board level.

Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, is essential.
