Job Summary:

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Tenants: You will be the primary point of contact for tenants, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Full Tenancy Process Management: You will be responsible for managing the entire tenancy process, including deposit handling, reference checks, move-ins, renewals, and check-outs.
  • Property Maintenance and Compliance: You will ensure that all properties are compliant with relevant regulations, including EPC, EICR, and Gas Safety.
  • Contractor Management: You will liaise with contractors to manage day-to-day maintenance and reactive works.

Requirements:
