Job Summary
The CLR Group is seeking a highly organized and motivated Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend daily meetings with your manager and colleagues to discuss daily tasks and priorities.
- Review and respond to correspondence, including emails and letters.
- Prioritize and manage your workload to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Coordinate and manage maintenance and repair work, including scheduling and supervising contractors.
- Manage tenant relationships, including handling tenancy extensions, rent increases, and references.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Manage budgets and finances, including processing invoices and payments.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in property management or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
