Job Summary:

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring that all properties are compliant with relevant regulations and that tenants receive excellent customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Tenants: You will be the primary point of contact for tenants, responding to their queries and providing assistance with general issues.
  • Full Tenancy Process Management: You will be responsible for managing the entire tenancy process, including deposit handling, reference checks, move-ins, renewals, and check-outs.
  • Property Compliance: You will ensure that all properties are compliant with relevant regulations, including EPC, EICR, and Gas Safety.
  • Contractor Liaison: You will work closely with contractors to manage day-to-day maintenance and reactive works.

Requirements:

  • Experience: You will have experience in residential property management, with a strong understanding of tenancy laws and regulations.

  • Soft Skills: You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
