Job Description

Job Summary

The CLR Group is seeking a highly organized and motivated Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend daily meetings with your manager and colleagues to discuss daily tasks and priorities.
  • Review and respond to correspondence, including emails and letters.
  • Prioritize and manage your workload to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Coordinate and manage maintenance and repair work, including scheduling and supervising contractors.
  • Manage tenant relationships, including handling tenancy extensions, rent increases, and references.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
  • Manage budgets and finances, including processing invoices and payments.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance and reduce costs.

Requirements

  • Highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in property management or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
