About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Dove & Hawk in Croydon. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are maintained to a high standard and that all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of properties, including rent collection, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage paperwork, including lease agreements, property reports, and other administrative tasks.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise with properties, including maintenance and repair issues.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 year of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of local housing regulations and property laws, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in property management or a related field.
