Job Title: Business Account Manager - Skyline

Job Summary:

360 Resourcing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Business Account Manager to join our Skyline team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing company accounts with key contractors in the South of England, focusing on the high-rise market, predominantly covering London and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Securing new contractors and developing long-term relationships to secure all future schemes from them.
  • Understanding platforms such as A-Site and ensuring drawings are at Status A before kitchens are called off.
  • Finalizing the specification tender and submitting all relevant information to internal company departments to arrange design and quotations for pending schemes.
  • Presenting quotations and designs to contractors post tender.
  • Following up with contractors to secure new works and developing relationships to build further pipeline for the future.
  • Organizing site setup meetings prior to handing over to the Project Management Team when sites go live.
  • Working closely with the team to ensure customers receive excellent service and maximize market share.
  • Building relationships with key customers and growing those accounts.
  • Achieving turnover growth within existing and new accounts, sales experience is desirable.

Requirements:

  • Able to communicate confidently with people at all levels to help develop, sell, and maintain existing relationships with Site/Project Managers, Buyers, and Senior Managers, focusing on high-rise developments in the designated area.
  • Able to manage multiple projects positively prior to going live on site.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Diligence is key with an attention to detail to extract information from tender packs to submit a compliant bid.
  • Self-motivated and able to maintain deadlines.
  • Willing to work as part of a dynamic team.
