About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to join our team at Harbourne Associates. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and performance across our retail district.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive sales and revenue growth across the district.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead and manage a team of store managers to ensure seamless execution of company processes and controls.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Talent Development: Own and drive the people agenda for the district, engaging, hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory control and reduce stock holdings and loss.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in managing multisite retail premises.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Residency in or around Kent/Essex.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Clear direction, focus, and expectations.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.

  • Salary: Up to £39,000 (depending on level of experience).
  • Additional monthly bonus of 10-15% of your annual salary (dependent on targets achieved).
