Your Role
  • Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 dispensing opticians, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by guiding patients through their eyewear selection process, offering expert advice on frame styles, lens options, and overall eye health.
  • Manage daily operations efficiently, including scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements in ophthalmic technology.
Your Qualifications
  • Fully qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the General Optical Council (GOC).
  • Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within an optical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building lasting relationships with patients.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing meticulous care.
