Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the physiotherapy team in rehabilitation, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical governance standards.
- Perform specialized assessments and treatments for patients with complex presentations and needs, providing expert advice and guidance to healthcare professionals and carers.
- Supervise, teach, and appraise physiotherapy staff and students, promoting professional development and excellence in practice.
- Contribute to the development of professional and service initiatives, aligning with organizational objectives and promoting evidence-based practice.

Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience at Band 6 level in the NHS, with a strong background in rehabilitation and orthopedics.
- Current registration with the Health Professions Council and a Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Membership of a professional special interest group and evidence of continuing professional development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
