Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Physiotherapist to lead our Rehabilitation team in Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing expert physiotherapy services to patients with complex needs.

About the Role

This is a 30-hour per week Physiotherapy Team Lead role, where you will be responsible for leading and developing the Physiotherapy team within Rehabilitation across Waterside and Chartridge wards. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide goal-oriented rehabilitation services to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Physiotherapy team within Rehabilitation
  • Provide expert physiotherapy services to patients with complex needs
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide goal-oriented rehabilitation services
  • Supervise, teach, and appraise Physiotherapy staff and students within the specialty
  • Contribute to organisational development and service improvement initiatives

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-4 years working experience at Band 6 level in the NHS
  • Minimum of 18 months experience in related field at senior level (Rehab, Ortho, community)
  • Current registration with Health Professions Council
  • Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy
  • Membership of professional special interest group
