Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Physiotherapist to join our team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Physiotherapy Team Lead in Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Physiotherapy team within Rehabilitation across Waterside and Chartridge wards.

About the Role

This is a 30-hour per week Physiotherapy team lead role that involves weekend working and respiratory on calls at the acute sites. You will be responsible for providing expert advice, guidance, and information to health and social care professionals, carers, relatives, and undertaking all aspects of clinical responsibilities as a skilled, autonomous, and advanced physiotherapist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Physiotherapy team within Rehabilitation across Waterside and Chartridge wards
  • Provide expert advice, guidance, and information to health and social care professionals, carers, relatives
  • Undertake all aspects of clinical responsibilities as a skilled, autonomous, and advanced physiotherapist
  • Supervise, teach, and appraise Physiotherapy staff and students within the specialty
  • Contribute to organisational development and service initiatives
