Senior Care Team Leader Opportunity

Xealthcare Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Team Leader to join our client's well-respected residential care home in Market Harborough, Leicestershire.

About the Role

As a Senior Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of healthcare assistants to ensure the provision of high-quality care and assistance to our clients' residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the care team, coordinating care plans and acting as a point of contact for residents and their families.
  • Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Monitor and record residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
Requirements
  • Minimum of NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care required.
  • Prior experience in a care setting or similar role is preferred.
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine interest in the well-being of elderly individuals.
  • Competitive hourly rate of £14.67 per hour plus incentives.
