About the Role:
- Lead a team of carers to provide high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
- Develop and implement care plans, ensuring that residents receive the best possible care and support.
- Manage and coordinate the care team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent customer service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures.

Oxendon House Care Home is a purpose-built care home providing residential and nursing care to 43 residents. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care and support, promoting the independence, dignity, and well-being of our residents. Requirements:
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse or NVQ minimum level 3).
- Minimum of one year's experience in a residential or nursing home setting.
- Awareness of the principles of Person-Centred Care Planning.
- Full driving license.
- Satisfactory Care Character Assessment.
Preferred Requirements:
- Two years' experience in a similar role in a nursing home.
- One year's experience working in a similar role in a residential or nursing home; or
- Two years' experience in a Senior Care role in a residential or nursing home.
- One year experience of caring for residents living with dementia.
- NVQ Level 4 in Adult Health and Social Care or above.
- Experience of managing a team.
