Job Title: Team Leader

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of carers to provide high-quality care and support to residents with varying needs.
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
  • Support carers in providing personal care and daily activities.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements:

  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse or NVQ minimum level 3).
  • Minimum of one year's experience in a residential or nursing home setting.
  • Awareness of the principles of Person-Centred Care Planning.
  • Full driving license.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Two years' experience in a similar role in a nursing home.
  • One year's experience working in a similar role in a residential or nursing home; or
  • Two years' experience in a Senior Care role in a residential or nursing home.
