About the RoleAs a Senior Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of healthcare assistants to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the provision of high-quality care, coordinating care plans, and acting as a point of contact for residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of healthcare assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to residents.
- Coordinate care plans and ensure that residents receive the necessary care and support.
- Act as a point of contact for residents and their families, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Monitor and record residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
- Minimum of NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care required.
- Prior experience in a care setting or similar role is preferred.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine interest in the well-being of elderly individuals.
- Competitive hourly rate of £14.67 per hour plus incentives.
