Property Legal Assistant

Salary: Dependent on Experience

Location: North West Region
Our client, a prestigious legal firm, is seeking a Property Legal Assistant with at least 12 months of experience in either residential or commercial property law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive support to Advisors through effective administration, planning, and secretarial tasks.
  • Ensure timely completion of non-chargeable tasks necessary for client service delivery.
  • Prepare and finalize standard legal documents following established processes and guidelines.
  • Draft and review standard correspondence for relevant stakeholders based on Advisor-provided information.
  • Accurately record and update client instructions to inform the department of specific requirements.
  • Provide organizational and logistical assistance to Advisors and the department for effective service delivery (e.g., scheduling meetings, note-taking, arranging transportation, and liaising with clients and third parties).
  • Gather instructions and information from clients, guiding them through processes and next steps.
  • Coordinate and communicate with external parties.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with all external stakeholders, addressing inquiries, managing expectations, providing updates, and effectively following up on required responses.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
  • Prior experience and knowledge within a property department is essential;
  • Demonstrated proficiency in IT skills (Outlook, Word, and other relevant systems);
  • A collaborative team-oriented mindset;

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities;
  • A commitment to long-term development and progression within the department;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Touch typing ability (desirable but not mandatory).
