We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a Team Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Manager and Team Project Managers in coordinating various projects and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist with the coordination of various projects and activities, ensuring timely completion and effective communication among team members.
- Administrative Support: Provide full administrative support to allocated work streams, including preparation of site setup/supervisor packs, creation of project files, and maintenance of document status registers.
- Communication: Action daily alerts for each work stream's information channels and cloud common data environments, and maintain incoming and outgoing drawing registers.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain technical submission schedules, folders, and request for information schedules, as well as risk assessments, method statements, and distribution board charts.
- Supportive Role: Assist with and provide overflow support for administrative duties for other group company departments, and read, understand, and implement the Company Health and Safety Policy and QA at all times.
