Sales Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our sales team, handle customer inquiries, and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Handle customer inquiries and respond to sales orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with clients and address any issues promptly, providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales reports and presentations, highlighting key sales metrics and trends.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer service.
  • Manage and organize sales-related documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Some experience in a sales administration role, preferably in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Immediate availability to start work, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
