Position Overview

As a Search Marketing Account Supervisor, you will oversee the daily management of all aspects of paid search initiatives. Your expertise in platform operations and client relations will ensure that your team executes flawlessly in areas such as media planning, performance enhancement, and comprehensive reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Inspire and guide your Account Executives by providing mentorship and constructive feedback. Monitor their performance and development while ensuring that workloads are effectively managed.
  • Product Development: Uphold the standards of our Paid Search methodology and contribute to the enhancement of our service offerings. Utilize available technologies and tools to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with team members to prepare essential client deliverables, ensuring high-quality outputs. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Community Engagement: Actively participate in the Paid Search community by contributing to team discussions and attending training sessions.
  • Performance Management: Work closely with your team to optimize paid search campaigns, ensuring timely and effective execution. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to facilitate seamless campaign implementation.
  • Growth Mindset: Cultivate a culture of experimentation and performance improvement within your team, driving results for clients.

Success Metrics

Your performance will be evaluated based on the accuracy of account management, campaign uptime, performance improvements, timely project completion, client satisfaction, and the professional growth of your team members.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a passion for digital marketing, particularly in Paid Search. You should possess strong analytical skills combined with a creative approach to problem-solving.
