About the Role
As a Search Marketing Account Manager, you will lead and manage resources to ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for managing accounts across EMEA, working closely with Account Executives to oversee the quality of work and provide guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Search Engine Marketing: Develop new products and strategies to enhance SEM & YouTube results; Educate clients on PPC/SEM & YouTube strategies; Stay updated on new SEM products and features for Google Ads and SA360.
- Leadership & Management: Lead client relationships and project execution; Ensure campaigns follow the internal Search process; Provide support to Account Directors and Business Performance Director.
- Excellence in Client Service: Understand client objectives and develop strategies to meet them; Set and manage client expectations effectively; Provide counsel on marketing issues and opportunities.
- People Management: Mentor and supervise team members; Delegate tasks effectively and monitor team performance; Identify opportunities for team growth and development.
You possess experience with search marketing and managing PPC campaigns. You have strong client-facing and communication skills, thrive in a high-pressure environment, and demonstrate an analytical and strategic mindset.
