About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at GIMO Global Interactive Marketing Online Ltd. As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing successful Paid Search and Paid Social strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Head of Paid Search and Vice President of Acquisition to build and implement effective PPC and Paid Social campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize large-scale PPC accounts across multiple markets, including Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, and Bing.
  • Develop and provide in-depth campaign performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams and country managers to align PPC and Paid Social strategies and gather valuable insights.
  • Monitor and analyze web analytics dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Paid Search and Paid Social marketing.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a performance-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with bid optimization tools, with knowledge of SA360 a plus.
  • Experience managing medium to large-sized PPC budgets of at least £50,000 per month.
