As a seasoned Account Manager at Salt Search, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving business growth in the travel and hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Account Director to develop and implement strategic plans to retain and acquire new clients.
- Organize and coordinate client meetings, briefings, and calendars to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, influencers, and other stakeholders to secure coverage and drive brand awareness.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including writing and editing, to meet client expectations and agency standards.
- Manage and mentor junior team members to ensure they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the team's success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and developments to provide expert insights and recommendations to clients.
- Develop and execute campaigns and calendars to drive business results and meet client objectives.

About You:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager who is passionate about the travel and hospitality industry.
