FX Graduate Sales Executive – Foreign Exchange Sales
Base Salary: £30k - OTE £60k in the 1st year, £80k in the 2nd year, and upwards of £120k in the 3rd year

This organization has achieved a remarkable currency exchange volume of £8.8bn, expanding its workforce to 150, with offices across multiple countries. They are supported by a private equity firm managing assets worth £4bn, boasting a strong history of delivering high returns with minimal risk, while maintaining close partnerships with Tier 1 banks.

The Client:
As a leading broker in deliverable FX, they provide a comprehensive range of FX execution products and unmatched advisory services for corporate clients seeking to manage their foreign exchange exposure. They partner with clients to implement thoughtful FX strategies, offering structured products, spot transactions, flexible forward contracts, and adaptable credit facilities.
The Role:
As an FX Graduate Sales Executive, you will receive extensive training, cultivate client relationships, and acquire new clients. Your responsibilities will include managing sales cycles and attending meetings, with opportunities for international travel. You will shadow experienced sales professionals to learn how to establish relationships and close deals directly with C-suite executives. The company is committed to supporting your career development and helping you build a robust client portfolio.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress through various tiers, from Junior to Top Tier, and may also transition into management or different departments within the organization based on their skill set.
