Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team at MorePeople. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Work with our customers to build business plans that drive sustainable growth, including new product launches and range reviews.
- Customer Relationship Management: Take the lead on expanding our customer base, product development, and identifying opportunities to manage forecasting and secure new relationships that create commercial value.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Manage customer forecasts with the wider internal organization and collaborate with the insight team to deliver regular reporting that improves performance and informs decision-making.
- Commercial Performance: Develop a strong understanding of commercial performance and the levers that can be used to influence it.
- Communication: Clearly convey relevant updates to senior management.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a retail-facing, Commercial Manager or NAM role within the FMCG sector.
- A proven track record of maintaining and improving major customer accounts, ideally in the grocery retail sector.
- 7-figure P&L responsibility.
