About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead and inspire our team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets. As a Sales Manager at NEXT, you will be responsible for supporting the Store management team across all product areas, back of house, and running the store when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team to deliver exceptional service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment.
  • Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating, and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team.
  • Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.

About You:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual who is dedicated to delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You will have exceptional commercial understanding, with the ability to create a fantastic shopping experience for our customers.

  • Proven track record of leading and inspiring teams to achieve performance targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels.
  • Ability to problem-solve, make sound business decisions, and confidently challenge processes.
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and manage workload.
