Strategic Sales Partner Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sales Partner Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Public Sector business, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) in the EMEA and APJ regions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with GSIs to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the public sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with GSI executives, sales teams, and technical personnel to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with AWS Account Executives, Solution Architects, and Industry Leaders to develop and drive new routes to market and create pipeline with new joint offerings and solutions
- Drive high-level relationships with GSI partners and AWS executives to drive business value for joint end-user customers
- Develop and execute joint sales plans to accelerate AWS revenue, target new markets, and strategic initiatives, and ensure alignment with AWS's strategic direction
- 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience
- Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans
- 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances experience, with specific experience working with large systems integrators in building joint value propositions that include the move to cloud in the public sector arena
