We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partner Account Manager to join our team at Trust Payments, a leading UK/EU Fintech. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners, enhancing their credibility and trust in our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic recommendations to our Executive Management team to ensure we remain a 'partner of choice' in our competitive landscape.
  • Act as a liaison between our channel partners and Trust Payments, providing expertise on payment processing, fraud management, and payment security technologies.
  • Support key business metrics, including client retention, revenue growth, and profitability.
  • Create new revenue streams through lead generation, sales enquiries, and prospecting.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in strategic sales and customer relationship management.
  • Payment sector sales background and/or related.
  • Solid knowledge of merchant services platforms, with a bonus for experience with ecommerce and Moto Payments.
  • Able to combine trouble-shooting and creative problem solving.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced role leveraging tools such as a customer service ticketing system and CRM.
  • You are organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to travel.
  • Experienced with indirect sales channels, including resellers and sales partners.
  • Results-driven contributor who drives performance through relationship-based business.
