- Support key business metrics, including client retention, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Create new revenue streams through lead generation, sales enquiries, and prospecting.
- Proven experience in strategic sales and customer relationship management.
- Payment sector sales background and/or related.
- Solid knowledge of merchant services platforms, with a bonus for experience with ecommerce and Moto Payments.
- Able to combine trouble-shooting and creative problem solving.
- Proven success in a fast-paced role leveraging tools such as a customer service ticketing system and CRM.
- You are organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to travel.
- Experienced with indirect sales channels, including resellers and sales partners.
