About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Reservations team as a Reservations Booking Agent. As a key member of our Contact Centre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create reservations for our guests using our Opera system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Record and input enquiries and reservations, process cancellations and amendments, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Be fully familiar with our hotel facilities and services, promoting them to guests whenever possible.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulations at all times.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
  • Good written English skills and IT literacy.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Knowledge of hotel rates, packages, and promotions to maximize revenue.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
