About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Reservations team as a Customer Service Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create reservations for our guests using our Opera system.
  • Record and input enquiries and reservations, process cancellations and amendments.
  • Be fully familiar with the hotel facilities and services and promote these whenever possible.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulations at all times.
  • Provide dedicated and passionate service to our guests.
Requirements
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Good written English skills.
  • IT Literate.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Knowledge of hotel rates, packages, and promotions to ensure revenue is maximised.
  • Ability to multitask and work as part of a team.
