Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, typically between 08:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:00.

Compensation

As a full-time employee, you will receive an annual salary of up to £26,145.

Key Responsibilities

As our new Healthcare Administrative Coordinator, your duties will encompass:

Engaging with patients, healthcare colleagues, and other professionals through various communication channels, consistently delivering exceptional service. Assisting with patient referrals and appointment scheduling. Providing high-quality administrative support to the broader healthcare team as needed. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date systems for effective reporting.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Previous experience in an administrative capacity; experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous. Familiarity with SystmOne or similar healthcare systems is a plus. Proficient IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.). Comfortable working with data, maintaining databases, and generating reports.
