As a Store Leader, you'll play a key role in driving sales, maximizing profit, and ensuring our stores are operationally sound.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and maximize profit by identifying opportunities to increase store contribution, implementing effective layouts, and analyzing reports to inform business decisions.
  • Connect with customers by leading by example, motivating your team to provide genuine service, and encouraging up-selling across all areas of the store.
  • Recruit and retain top talent by investing time in training and coaching, driving succession through your branch, and creating future managers for the business.
  • Control costs and manage loss prevention by effectively managing payroll, having the right people in the right place at the right time, and ensuring effective stock management controls are in place.
  • Have a proven track record in managing store KPIs, including sales, payroll, controllable costs, stock loss, and service.
  • Be a great communicator across all levels, with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering a world-class experience to our customers.
  • Have previous experience at Store Manager level or be an experienced Deputy Manager looking for your next step up.
