Position Title: Technical Administrator
Location: Remote
Compensation: £18 per hour (inside IR35)
Contract Duration: 12 months (potentially extending to 2-3 years)
Interview Process: One round of video interview

IO Associates is seeking a dedicated Technical Administrator to enhance their Aurora Engineering team, primarily focusing on the Integro programme.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating management access to various systems utilized within the programme, including SharePoint sites and libraries. Additionally, the individual will coordinate and facilitate information reviews in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the AWE Engineering Manager in managing, controlling, and monitoring the distribution of information and the collection of feedback during the review cycle.
  • Support the AWE Engineering Manager in scheduling and resolving conflicts for meetings, reviews, and demonstrations.
  • Provide regular updates to the AWE Engineering Manager regarding task progress.
  • Coordinate meeting and review schedules.
  • Oversee document review processes.
  • Act as a technical secretary, responsible for recording and drafting meeting minutes.
  • Issue document transmittals as required.
  • Manage the Collaborative Working process, ensuring its effective use.
  • Maintain and oversee the document and review tracker matrix.
  • Facilitate and coordinate information reviews in line with corporate standards.
  • Support management access to systems utilized within the programme, including SharePoint, Teams, and Meridian.
  • Clearly communicate progress and issues as needed to the Engineering Team management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Meridian EDMS.
  • Strong communication skills, both clear and concise.
  • Ability to foster positive working relationships with customers and suppliers at all levels.
  • Proficient in managing change effectively while maintaining focus on objectives.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
