Technical Support Administrator

Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the Facilities Helpdesk communications and documenting requests;
- Proactively tracking ongoing tasks, including liaising with engineers for status updates and job assignments;
- Generating purchase orders for engineers and team members as necessary;
- Assigning Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks to engineers;
- Digitally archiving compliance documents (both in-house and from subcontractors);
- Evaluating documentation and escalating any concerns to the Technical Site Managers or Compliance Manager;
- Initiating corrective actions following inspections;
- Supporting the team in the preparation of quotes as needed;
- Recording monthly overtime for approval by Line Managers or Account Directors;
- Ensuring that engineer training records are current;
- Providing regular updates to the client Health & Safety team;
- Managing the processing of quotes, invoicing, and expenditure tracking.
Essential Qualifications:
- Prior administrative experience is advantageous;
- Experience in a helpdesk environment is preferred;
- Exemplary administrative capabilities;
- Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office;
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong interpersonal approach;
- Ability to take initiative and proactively address challenges;
- Meticulous attention to detail.
