Position Overview

Role: HSEQ Administrative Support
Type: Hybrid/Remote with occasional site visits across the UK

MC Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a meticulous and committed HSEQ Administrative Support Specialist to assist the HSEQ team in upholding and improving safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HSEQ team in the daily operations of the integrated management system.
  • Coordinate specialized administrative tasks, including risk assessment evaluations and procedural documentation.
  • Assist in the maintenance of asset management records and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) obligations.
  • Organize and refresh the Construction Design and Management (CDM) Health and Safety File, providing necessary documentation for ongoing projects.
  • Participate in emergency preparedness drills, testing, and scenario planning.
  • Collaborate with site teams to ensure completion of Action Plans and inspection outcomes.
  • Facilitate client arrangements for specific site needs, such as statutory inspections.
  • Gather and compile data from various sources, including Excel and Smartsheet, for analytical purposes.
  • Occasionally travel to sites across the UK to support the HSEQ team with surveys, documentation assessments, audits, and inspections.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess a relevant degree or diploma in HSEQ, Environmental Science, or a related discipline. A minimum of two years' experience with ISO management systems is required. Experience in coordinating asset management data or information collation from diverse sources is advantageous.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HSEQ management software is essential.
