We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Debt Recovery Support Assistant to join our team at Francis Wilks & Jones. As a key member of our debt recovery team, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our debt recovery processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Opening new client and matter files, including data input.
  • Preparing Letters of Claim for team leader approval.
  • Assisting with the preparation of standardized documents.
  • Liaising with the Courts via email and telephone to obtain information and copy documentation.
  • Scanning and electronically filing all incoming and outgoing post.
  • Assisting with the system production of High Court Writ of Control Applications.
  • Supporting the Head of Debt Recovery with billing procedures and cash received procedures.
  • Preparing Hearing Bundles.
  • Ordering stationery for the Debt Recovery Team as required.
  • Ensuring accurate time keeping, record keeping, and file maintenance.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality and security of all Firm and client documentation and/or information.
  • Responding promptly to client enquiries and correspondence with the support of other team members and the team leader.
  • Ensuring all client and matter records are maintained in line with the Firm's procedures.
  • Providing administrative support to the team.
Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn and develop their skills in debt recovery. The ideal candidate will have experience of providing administrative support to fee-earning lawyers and possess competent IT skills, including Microsoft applications.

We are seeking someone who is well-organized, has a 'can-do' approach to work, shows initiative, and has good communication skills. If you are a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
