Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers on people-related matters.
  • Lead and manage high-performing teams of skilled professionals to deliver HR solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and evolution.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and relationships.
  • Provide commercially astute HR advice with a consistent view of the revenue impact of decisions.
  • Ensure the business takes a fair, compliant, and consistent approach towards employees and third parties.
  • Champion a vibrant and inclusive company culture that aligns with our core values and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Recognized HR qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and engagement skills.
  • Proven experience of working within a HR or HR-related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Strong up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practice within your region.
