Generalist HR Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team at PP Associates. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing a full generalist HR service to our clients, including employee relations, HR strategic projects, and policy development.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients across various sectors, providing expert HR advice and guidance.
- Advising on all Employee Relations matters, including high-volume case management, and involvement in HR strategic projects.
- Deliver confidently in all aspects of HR best practice, including reviewing and creating policies, processes, and procedures.
- Review and create contractual documents, and advise on Employment Law matters, consulting with solicitors and insurers as needed.
- Support the Operations team in maintaining and exceeding retention targets.
- Proven minimum 5 years generalist HR experience working within a HR environment, and ideally at management level.
- Minimum CIPD level 5 qualified, with experience working within fast-paced and challenging businesses.
- Good knowledge of Employment Law, with the ability to constantly keep up to date on any legislative changes.
- Experience in TUPE, Redundancy, and Organisational Change is essential.
- High attention to detail, with excellent written skills, and excellent time management and planning skills to deliver against agreed targets and objectives.
- Self-motivated, with the drive and determination to build a long-term career with a successful, growing company.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Fully flexible to meet business needs, with strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative, as well as part of a team, with excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, with a hands-on approach, and the ability to flexibly adapt to changing priorities.
