About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a HR Generalist at ReCulture, a dynamic and growing home furnishings retailer. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the business across multiple areas and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes to drive employee engagement and productivity.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting diversity and inclusion.
