HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Advisor. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide first-line advice on Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions and HR Policies and Procedures, supporting managers through various employee relations processes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including attendance, disciplinary, and informal resolution processes.
- Support managers in managing employee relations workload, including review meetings, investigations, and hearings.
- Collaborate with staff side representatives to ensure effective communication and resolution of HR issues.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with employment legislation and good employment practice, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- CIPD qualification or working towards.
- Proven experience in HR, preferably in a unionized environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a timely manner and meet deadlines.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
