People Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Advisor to join our team in RSM UK. As a key member of the People team, you will provide a commercial HR service to our Tax service line, managing the HR service delivery and supporting all elements of the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide generalist HR advice in areas including partner support, line management development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, recruitment and selection, wellbeing and absence support, appraisals, policies and procedures, and projects.
- Work closely with the Senior People Advisor and People Advisory Manager to strategically support a regional area of the business, working on engagement, sense of belonging, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the National People Team function with the opportunity to work on strategic national projects.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years' experience of working at People Advisor level in a generalist role. You should have experience of investigating disciplinary and grievance cases, conducting redundancy and general consultations, and working independently from line manager. You should also have excellent organisational skills, excellent client service skills, excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and be passionate about HR.
Requirements- CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.
- Experience of working in a multi-sited environment/role.
- Experience of professional or financial services environment.
