About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our People, Culture and Workplace Wellbeing department as a People Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of Everton Football Club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advisory services to the Football and Commercial departments on day-to-day people and employment relations matters.
  • Support line managers in managing employee relations, including employee wellbeing, attendance, performance, and conduct issues.
  • Contribute to recruitment and organisational change activity, and support the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with HR People Partners to identify HR priorities and provide solutions to people management challenges.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable start to employment for new hires.
