Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing generalist HR support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR team with all general queries and provide timely responses to emails and phone calls.
  • Update staff details and maintain accurate records.
  • Send out HR-related communications and notifications.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding new staff members.
  • Produce documents and reports related to HR and recruitment.
  • Provide administrative support for disciplinaries, appraisals, and investigations.
  • Work with HR-related systems and software.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
  • CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interact with staff at all levels.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to undergo one.

About the Role:

This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave, with a duration of up to 12 months. The successful candidate will be required to start as soon as possible.
