Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Walmart Supercentre Windsor. As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality standards and accuracy in picking, packing, and dispensing online orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with precision and care to achieve timely delivery to customers.
  2. Pack orders with attention to detail, ensuring accurate quantities, product codes, and quality standards.
  3. Document and label orders correctly, interpreting and understanding documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
  4. Optimize tote fill by packing orders efficiently while maintaining product quality standards.
  5. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, offering service and resolving issues.
  6. Adhere to strict safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean work area and operating material handling equipment safely.
  7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and customer satisfaction.
