Job Title: Administrator and Patient Concierge

Spire Healthcare Ltd is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administrator and Patient Concierge. This exciting opportunity will involve providing administrative support across the clinic, as well as delivering exceptional patient care and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the clinic team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing patient records.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and service, ensuring that patients receive a 5-star experience.
  • Deal with patient enquiries in a courteous, timely, and efficient manner, either face-to-face or over the phone.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling patient and consultant information.
  • Undertake various clerical duties, including data entry and filing.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service, reception, and/or administration is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service environment, preferably in healthcare, retail, or hospitality.
  • Highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with good computer literacy.
