Key Responsibilities
The National Project Coordinator will be instrumental in executing programs and initiatives that align with our strategic objectives and organizational goals through the provision of shared financial and human resource services.
Your role will involve overseeing the efficient and timely execution of projects and initiatives, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and compliance with our Public Value Framework. You will also be responsible for managing and monitoring program progress, ensuring timely delivery, and contributing to corporate reporting and communications.
Compensation
National £38,067 pro-rata
Cambridge £40,984 pro-rata
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in planning and managing intricate and multiple projects or programs while maintaining a strong focus on delivery and quality.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain positive and effective working relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Confident and adaptable approach, capable of collaborating constructively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage across various functional and stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload effectively to meet stringent deadlines, coupled with exceptional attention to detail.
- Flexible mindset – adept at creatively solving problems and re-prioritizing tasks as necessary.
