Job Title: Project Coordinator

Chronos Energy is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the development and maintenance of systems, processes, and procedures to ensure we meet all our obligations and support the efficient operations of the financial and project management aspects of the Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate various team activities and ensure seamless project execution
  • Set up data and reporting processes for all operational business activity
  • Monitor and manage accreditations for the fleet of sites, including liaison with regulators, data collection, submission, and participation in audits
  • Prepare reports for cascade within the wider business and for external partners
  • Implement and use data management and reporting systems and act as a key user to support other staff in use
  • Finance administration and working with multiple business areas
  • Provide support to the Operations team with project coordination and organization of works
  • Data gathering and analysis to feed into company reports
  • Support in the production of business cases
  • Support in the development and implementation of a UK HSSE management system
  • Meeting coordination and support
  • Pulling together key decisions and actions for the Head of Operations to support decision-making
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Previous experience of setting up data and reporting processes, procedures, and systems
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and data requirements of ROCs, RHI, etc.
  • Knowledge and understanding of HSSE management systems (e.g., ISO 45001:2018) and previous experience of working within these accreditations
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work well with people who do the same thing
  • Experience working with good company/project governance processes
  • Experience solving problems and coming to solutions that make the most sense commercially and technically
  • Experience in managing projects and organization of team activities

  • Understanding of the financial dynamics of the energy industry - accreditations, subsidies, etc.
