Lead the Future of Engineering Transformation


We are currently seeking a project manager to work with an Automotive Giant, working with their Engineering Transformation team at the forefront of delivering value-driven, continuous improvement projects, ensuring the precise execution of both on and off-cycle products.


As an Project manager, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading key transformation projects and technological advancements across the automotive engineering landscape.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the delivery of major transformation projects and technological advancements.
  • Guide teams in setting aspirations and generating roadmaps.
  • Coordinate team setup, drive efficiencies, and ensure successful delivery of workstreams.
  • Support and lead operational activities across Off-Cycle, including agile ceremonies, change and engagement activities, and project monitoring.
  • Co-lead the coordination of projects that pave the way for future technologies and processes, leading to the next generation of products.


Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in automotive programme delivery processes (PCDS or equivalent OEM processes).
  • Strong track record in influencing teams and managing programmes to achieve defined outcomes.
  • Expertise in working within an AGILE framework.
  • Automotive OR manufacturing experience
